Terms and conditions

 These Terms and Conditions are part of the agreement governing the relationship between Daldaroc Training Academy (DTA) and the Customer. By accepting a quote, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, forming a legally binding agreement with DTA.

1. Order Placement

1.1 Quotes issued by DTA remain valid for five (5) days from the date of issuance. This excludes clearance items which would be valid for 1(day)subject to availability.

1.2 To qualify for listed website prices, orders must reach a minimum of R300 for branded goods or R300 for unbranded goods. For orders below this threshold, please contact DTA directly for applicable pricing.

1.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability, correct size, and color of selected goods. DTA assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies in product, color, or size selection made by the Customer.

1.4 Quotes depend on the availability of goods and services and are not guaranteed until the Customer’s payment has been received and the order confirmed with DTA’s suppliers. Payment of the deposit does not imply acceptance of the order or assurance of product availability.

1.5 DTA may revise quotes before confirming orders based on supplier conditions and is entitled to reasonably decline any order.

2. Samples

2.1 Customers may purchase samples before placing final orders.

2.2 The Customer will be liable for courier or delivery fees associated with sample orders.

2.3 Payments for sample orders must be made within three (3) business days upon receiving the invoice. Unpaid sample orders will automatically be canceled, with refunds given at DTA's discretion, though refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Artwork for Branded Promotional Products

3.1 Customers are entitled to two free artwork revisions; additional changes will incur a fee of R350.00 (excluding VAT) per change.

3.2 DTA is not liable for delays caused by:

• Late submission of artwork by the Customer;

• Delayed artwork approval by the Customer;

Additional artwork change requests.

3.3 Work will commence only after DTA receives signed artwork approval. New layouts will be issued for final proofing if changes are requested.

• 3.4 DTA will provide artwork for approval, and the Customer is responsible for verifying all details (including spelling, fonts, colors, Pantones if required, and sizes). Once the artwork is approved, DTA assumes no liability for errors not identified by the Customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 While DTA strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing on its website and in terms, prices may vary. Confirm pricing with a DTA representative, as DTA is not responsible for losses or damages arising from reliance on outdated prices.

4.2 A 100% deposit is required upon order placement.

4.3 Goods will only be released or delivered once full payment is received and cleared in DTA's bank account.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery fees, if goods are shipped via courier, are the Customer’s responsibility and must be paid in advance.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 No goods may be returned or exchanged without written authorization from DTA, which must be obtained within twenty-four (24) hours from the delivery date.

7. Order Cancellation

7.1 For canceled orders with paid deposits, a handling fee of 100% applies.

7.2 Orders for branded products cannot be canceled, and the Customer remains responsible for the total purchase cost.

8. Breach of Terms

8.1 The Customer will be in breach of the agreement if they:

• Fail to make payments by the due date and do not rectify non-payment within three (3) days of written notice from DTA;

• Violate any other terms of the agreement and do not resolve the breach within seven (7) days after notification.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 DTA is not liable for any loss or damage, regardless of nature, arising from defects in products supplied.

10. General Provisions

10.1 If any part of this agreement is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be deemed separate from the other terms.

10.2 DTA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the Customer.

Terms and Conditions - Daldaroc Training Academy

Acceptance of Terms

By using or accessing any services provided by Daldaroc Training Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Payment and Enrollment

Full payment is required at enrollment for any Daldaroc Training Academy program. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Non-Transferability

Enrollment is non-transferable. Participants may not transfer their enrollment to another individual without prior written approval from Daldaroc Training Academy.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments for training programs are non-refundable. Please ensure the selected program aligns with your goals before completing payment.

Course Materials

Participants in online training will have access to all necessary course materials for the program duration, including videos, presentations, worksheets, and reading materials.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All Daldaroc Training Academy materials are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of materials is not permitted without written approval from Daldaroc Training Academy.

Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate. Certificates are issued based on criteria set by Daldaroc Training Academy.

Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior may lead to program removal without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Daldaroc Training Academy does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of program information. The content provided is for educational purposes only and not professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

Daldaroc Training Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using its services, including lost profits, data loss, or lost opportunities.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modification of Terms

Daldaroc Training Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please review these terms periodically for changes.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Team Building Activities

Activity Fees and Booking

Team-building activities require full payment upon booking confirmation. Bookings are subject to availability and will be finalized only upon payment.

Participant Waiver

Participants must complete a waiver form before joining any team-building activities. Daldaroc Training Academy holds no liability for any injuries, accidents, or loss incurred during these activities.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made 1 day in advance for a partial refund. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, with no guarantee of the original date and time and refund. .

Venue and Equipment Responsibility

Participants are responsible for the use of any equipment and facilities. Any intentional damage may incur additional fees.

Code of Conduct for Team Building

Respectful and inclusive conduct is mandatory. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Training Programs

Program Customization and Requirements

Customized training programs are based on client needs assessed during an initial consultation. The customization process may involve additional fees depending on specific requirements.

Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance and active participation are required to fulfill program requirements and receive certification. Daldaroc Training Academy is not responsible for incomplete attendance that results in a lack of certification.

Completion Deadlines and Assignments

Participants must complete all assignments and assessments by set deadlines to qualify for certification. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in advance.

By enrolling in a training program or booking a team-building activity at Daldaroc Training Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
